Welcome to Gain Coin. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gain Coin, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Gain Coin is a rewards app that allows users to earn virtual coins by completing tasks (daily check-ins, watching rewarded ads, referrals, etc.). Accumulated coins can be redeemed for real-world rewards, subject to eligibility and minimum thresholds.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account using Google Sign-In to use the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone.

4. Earning Coins

• Coins are earned through legitimate in-app activities only.
• Any attempt to exploit, hack, or artificially inflate coin balances will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all coins.
• Daily earning limits apply and are enforced server-side.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin values, earning rates, and redemption thresholds at any time.

5. Withdrawals & Redemptions

• Minimum withdrawal threshold applies (as displayed in-app).
• Withdrawals are processed manually and may take 3–10 business days.
• We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
• Coins have no cash value until a withdrawal is successfully processed.
• Supported withdrawal methods: Binance Pay, USDT TRC20, Airtm, Amazon Gift Card, Google Play Gift Card.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to earn coins
• Use VPNs or proxies to manipulate location-based rewards
• Create multiple accounts to exploit referral systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through the Profile screen. Upon requesting deletion:

• A 30-day grace period begins. You can cancel the deletion at any time during this period by logging back in.
• After 30 days, your account, coins, and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered after the grace period ends.

8. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all earned coins are forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earning rates, or that the service will remain free. We are not liable for any loss of coins due to technical issues beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gain Coin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification.
