By accessing or using Gain Coin, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

• You must create an account using Google Sign-In to use the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone.
• Account deletion can be requested via the Profile screen. After a 30-day grace period, your account and coins will be permanently deleted.

• Coins are earned through legitimate in-app activities only.
• Any attempt to exploit, hack, or artificially inflate coin balances results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all coins.
• Daily earning limits apply and are enforced server-side.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin values, earning rates, and redemption thresholds at any time.

• Minimum withdrawal threshold applies as shown in-app.
• Withdrawals are processed manually and may take 3–10 business days.
• We may delay or deny withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
• Coins have no cash value until a withdrawal is successfully processed.
• Supported methods: Binance Pay, USDT TRC20, Airtm, Amazon Gift Card, Google Play Gift Card.

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to earn coins
• Use VPNs or proxies to manipulate location-based rewards
• Create multiple accounts to exploit referral systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including logos, text, graphics, and code — are the exclusive property of Gain Coin and its licensors, protected under copyright and trademark laws.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earning rates, or that the service will remain free. We are not liable for any coin loss due to technical issues beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gain Coin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification.
